What is Real Energy?
What is real energy anyway? Well, it is not one of these energy drinks that's very acidic, pumps you up on caffeine and throws in a handful of vitamins. What I am talking about is a natural sense of energy throughout the course of the day, so that you have a good level of energy, all day long, you can accomplish the things you need to do quickly and easily.

Now that doesn't mean you don't take a rest, in fact you can relax quickly and easily. That's another sign of good natural energy. In fact, taking a brief rest throughout the course of the day, especially if you meditate even for a few minutes, a couple of times a day, actually gives you more energy, more productivity, you are likely to actually get more done and feel better.

You may actually look younger than your real age. You wake up refreshed with a smile to greet the day. None of this achy joints and creaking and "oh my gosh, pry me out of bed."

Your digestion is smooth and efficient, because you are putting good quality natural foods in there, organic, wholesome food are going in, which makes your digestive system very happy and you have two to three bowel movements per day. They studied groups of people in remote areas that are yet not modernized. And these folks are hunter gatherers living off the land in their natural state and they found these people have two to three bowel movements per day, not one bowel movement every two to three days.

Another sign of vibrant personal energy is your skin is clear and glowing and you don't get sick very often, maybe not at all. I have a friend who is a nurse, she works at a hospital and there are sick people there all the time. Everyday she is around sick people and every once in a while she comes down with a sniffle, but she has learned to take care of herself. And when she feels the sniffle coming out, she gets extra rest, lots of extra fluids, takes extra supplements, takes extra good care of herself and she usually overcomes it very quickly, sometimes even in one day.

So the real question is: how do you achieve real energy? Well, by putting quality food in your mouth, moderate exercise, not too much, not too little, meditation and various relaxation techniques, proper nutritional supplements, having a positive mental attitude and balanced emotions.
