Why I'm Passionate about Natural Health Print E-mail
videoHello, I'm Jeff Yentzer, Vibrant Health Researcher. I'm deeply interested in natural health and all it's associated topics. It's been over 25 years now, since I took my first vitamin and read that first health food book. From there it's been sort of an addiction. I've read tons of good books, (and a few bad ones) traveled to seminars, watched videos, took yoga and tai chi classes, and more. The more I got into it, the greater my appetite grew for good information, and experiencing wonderful stuff.

I'm 45 years old, and I feel better now, than I have at any point in my life.

My Biggest Reason

My primary reason for being interested in all this was simple, - improve my own personal energy. Physical energy, mental energy and Spiritual energy.
People become interested in natural health for various reasons, some longevity, some prevention of disease and a lot of folks explore natural health in an attempt to overcome some troublesome health problem.

Simple, but Powerful

One of the most basic things, I've found helps me tremendously, is also extremely simple:

Drink more water. It's hard to find a health Guru, who doesn't agree with this one. The human body is 70% water, or it's supposed to be. Keeping sufficient water onboard the human frame, helps many body functions just work better.

Any day when I don't drink enough water, I feel an energy slump. As soon as I chug down some pure H2O, things start to get better right away.

What type of water is best? How much water per day? We will explore some of these concepts in future tips down the road.

But for your very next tip,  I will cover another no-brainer,- Get Plenty of Rest.-  Getting a good night's sleep for starters and learning to take relaxation breaks. Kind of like a mini vacation during the day. We'll talk about this stuff in the next tip, so stay tuned.
