Herbs and pH Balance Print E-mail
People are often looking for more alkaline forming alternatives to coffee, cola, and in the South, sweet tea.
I was recently introduced to Holy Tea, and let me say I am impressed.
It's a great blend of natural, organic herbs. A much more alkaline alternative.

There are lots of videos other on their site. I found them informative and helpful.

In this video, Clark Bartram, displays exactly
how to make the Holy Tea, the same applies to the Iaso Tea.

I personally don't agree in mixing the tea with something that contains an artificial sweetener. Certainly not alkaline forming. I heard Clark talking about this on the phone; "You have to meet people where they are at. If it tastes good, at least they will drink the tea. Getting the tea into the human body makes all the difference."

I like to just drink it the natural way. brew it up like Clark says, and add the right amount of pure water.

It's important to steep the tea for up to 8 hours, if at all possible. A minimum of 4 hours steeping time.
