Springtime is here (YES!!) and in my opinion is the best time of year to do a detox. A spring cleaning for the inside of the body. Last year I did a detox boot camp for 21 days. I got absolutely wonderful results. Now I'm ready to do it again, but this time for just 8 days.
Right now I'm doing what's called a pre-cleanse diet. Getting my body ready, so it's not an abrupt transition to the detox.
Last time around I made a few videos about my detox boot camp experience. This year I plan to make more videos with a lot more detail about how I am doing and the protocol I am following. I have even created a blog at http://detoxbootcamp.com to share my journey.
