This is the time of year when a delicious hot soup goes down good. Especially if you make it the alkaline way. You really don't need a specific recipe, you can use ingredients that seem good to you. Just be sure to load up on the vegetables, most importantly the greens! Green foods are some of your best alkaline friends. Here is a suggestion, modify to your tastes: Alkaline SoupStart with a large pot of alkaline water, add cut vegetables; Juice of 1-2 lemons A modest amount of cut up chicken (preferably organic) or fish.
